Meet the Tiger Air Express Driver?

Meeting the Tiger Air Express is easy and convenient. If you are meeting us in the main terminal at the St. Louis Lambert Airport, simply go to M1 baggage claim carousel in the main terminal and wait for the driver to come inside. Those passengers arriving at the East terminal should meet their driver inside at E1 carousel. For maps of the STL airport, please click here.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by filling out our online form or by calling 800.333.3026 to speak with a Tiger Air Express reservationist.

Get a confirmation for my pickup?

If you fill out our online form, a Tiger Air Express representative will contact you within 48 hours and give you your confirmation information. Otherwise, you will receive it when you call to make your reservation.

Pay for my trip?

While we encourage prepayment of all reservations, trips can also be paid to the driver on the day of travel. Tiger Air Express accepts cash, and credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MC, and Discover).
